This strategic move reinforces Novotx’s commitment to empowering municipalities and utilities with advanced tools for infrastructure planning, asset investment optimization, and long-term service delivery.
Originally developed by VHB’s transportation and GIS experts, SAM IS has helped communities manage infrastructure assets with precision and foresight. Now under Novotx stewardship, SAM IS will continue to operate as a standalone solution with plans underway to integrate its capabilities into the Elements XS platform. Both systems share a GIS-based architecture that leverages Esri® ArcGIS® for spatial context, enabling agencies to visualize infrastructure data, prioritize investments, and make informed decisions through a unified asset repository.
